Fulled Ewe™ covers are made with 100% merino wool, dyed, knit (on my home machine), fulled, and made into a unique piece of clothing. The inner layer is lightweight wool jersey. It is finished off with 100% baby alpaca serging.
The wool is not completely felted, to keep the material from being too bulky. The fulling process makes the merino wool even softer! For the covers, it is dense enough, combined with the jersey, for the snaps to securely be set. Each piece of fabric fulls differently, so no two items are the same, even if they are the same colorway.
If you need a cover that will last through the night and is virtually immune to compression wicking (yes wool that doesn't wick under tight fitting clothes!), then you need to try a Fulled Ewe™ ;-)

**I don't lanolize these products before shipment, because they do not need it. Wool is water repellent on it's own, because of the make up of the fibers. If you feel that it needs to be lanolized, you may do so, of course.**
